- One (1) valid government-issued ID (National ID, Driver's License, UMID, Voter's ID, Postal ID, Passport)
- Three (3) specimen signatures
- Bank account details
- SSS/GSIS/CRN/TIN (Students: enter "000000000")
Important Notes :
- Upload front and back ID with 3 specimen signatures on each side.

- * Living in the Philippines: Provide your Passport and either an Alien Employment Permit (AEP) or Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) with 3 specimen signatures
